The registries will not allow transfer of domain for the following reasons:
- The administrative contact of the domain does not confirm the transfer request.
- Domain cannot be transferred within the first 60-days of registration.
- If a domain status listed as Registrar-Lock, Registrar-Hold, Registry-Hold, Redemption Period or Pending Delete.
